缺血性脑血管病支架治疗后标准化泵入替罗非班的效果分析

摘要：目的探讨缺血性脑血管病支架治疗后标准化泵入替罗非班的疗效。方法将我院2015年1月—2024年12月收治的64例缺血性脑血管病行支架治疗的患者进行分组对比分析，对照组（32例，采取常规治疗）和观察组（32例，在常规治疗基础上给予术后标准化泵入替罗非班）。结果观察组术后的卒中量表评分、生活能力评分、介入治疗效果均优于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论缺血性脑血管病支架介入治疗术后标准化泵入替罗非班，能够有效提高术后疗效，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of standardized infusion of tirofiban after stent treatment in ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD). Methods A total of 64 patients with ICVD treated with stent in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2024 were divided into a control group （32 cases， receiving conventional treatment） and an observation group （32 cases， receiving conventional treatment combined standardized infusion of tirofiban postoperatively） and comparative analyzed. Results The stroke scale score， activities of daily living score， and interventional treatment outcomes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （all P＜0.05）. Conclusion Standardized infusion of tirofiban after stent intervention in ICVD can effectively improve postoperative outcomes and is worthy of clinical promotion.
