急性冠脉综合征(the acute coronary syndromes,ACS)已成为当今社会导致死亡的主要疾病之一,它包括不稳定型心绞痛(UA)、无Q波心肌梗死(MI)及有Q波心肌梗死.UA提示了稳定的冠脉病变已转变成另一种状态,即病人面临进展为MI或死亡的危险.UA通常是指[1]:(1)首次出现的心绞痛:在最近4～8周内出现的首次缺血性胸痛,至少为加拿大心绞痛分级Ⅲ级;(2)逐渐加重的心绞痛:即心绞痛发作较前更频繁、更严重或时间更长,或对硝酸甘油不敏感;(3)休息时心绞痛:即休息时出现心绞痛发作.
