环氧化酶(Cyclooxygenase,COX)是花生四烯酸代谢过程中前列腺素(PGs)合成的限速酶,COX是膜结合蛋白,存在核膜和微粒体膜.目前发现哺乳动物的COX至少有2个同功酶,即COX-1和COX-2.近年来研究表明,环氧化酶-2(COX-2)除了在炎症中发挥重要作用外,还与多种肿瘤的发生、发展和转移有关[1].本文就COX-2与胃癌的研究进展作一综述.
