基质金属蛋白酶及其组织抑制物与子宫内膜癌的浸润和转移的关系

子宫内膜癌与其他肿瘤一样,其发生、浸润和转移是一个多步骤的复杂过程.首先必须降解细胞外基质(ECM)及基底膜(BM),这一降解过程主要依赖蛋白水解酶.基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是一类重要的蛋白水解酶,能分解纤维类胶原[1],对ECM有广泛的降解作用.MMPs与基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物(Tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase,TIMPs)的相互作用是调节ECM动态平衡的重要因素,因此,也成为恶性肿瘤细胞浸润和转移的重要调节因素.在此对MMPs和TIMPs与子宫内膜癌的浸润和转移的关系作一综述.
