全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)及脓毒症(Sepsis)是创伤、感染、烧伤及胰腺炎等外科疾病过程中出现的全身炎症反应,是MODS发病基础.然而,SIRS及Sepsis患者大多病情严重,且缺乏强有力的治疗措施.近几年来,人们探求用连续性血液净化(CBP)治疗SIRS及Sepsis,取得了较明显疗效,被列为近20年危重症抢救的重要进展之一[1,2].
