CD44(Cluster of Differentiation 44,分化群第44号)于1980年被发现并确认[1],国际人类白细胞抗原工作组对这一蛋白定名为CD44.做为粘附分子跨膜糖蛋白,CD44普遍存在于人体细胞,在细胞-细胞、细胞-基质的相互作用中起重要作用.近年来,逐渐发现CD44与人类肿瘤,特别是恶性肿瘤的生长和转移密切相关.
