目的:研究普拉固对2型糖尿病患者的血压、血糖、CRP的作用.方法:将2型糖尿病患者分为普拉固治疗组和对照组,通过对两组患者治疗前后各项检查指标的比较,来评估普拉固对2型糖尿病的益处.结果:普拉固治疗组的血压、血糖、CRP,与治疗前及对照组比较均明显差异,差异有统计学意义.结论:普拉固能有效降低2型糖尿病患者的血压、血糖、CRP,而这些作用与血脂浓度的改变无关.
