自1880年苏格兰人Willian.Macewen完成人类历史上的首例同种异体骨移植手术以来,同种异体骨移植逐渐应用于临床,但发展缓慢.直到1941年,Inclan提出了骨库的概念,解决了异体骨的储存问题,同种异体骨的临床应用出现飞速发展.目前临床应用的异体移植骨均为库存骨.异体移植骨作为一种移植组织,生物学行为复杂,受多种因素的影响,表现出不同的特性.
