近年来临床对血小板的需求量越来越多,单纯依靠临时分离血小板已不能满足需要,只有想办法延长血小板贮存时间才是解决问题的途径,冰冻血小板虽然能使血小板长期保存,但是血小板冷冻保存后损失较大,体内存活率较低.
