在情感障碍的分类中,有些抑郁症并没有自己的分类位置,往往是具有临床意义,才在临床上来使用,如难治性抑郁、软双相性抑郁.有些抑郁虽然有分类的位置,但是治疗的效果却不令人满意,如快速或超快速循环性障碍、心境恶劣等.因此对这些抑郁的治疗在临床上有一定的困难,也有必要将其他学者的治疗观点以及自己的临床经验作一介绍.
