细胞周期素 E(cyclin E)是细胞周期重要的调节因子,cyclin E 与特定的细胞周期依赖性激酶(cyclin dependent kinases,CDKs)构成复合体,可以使底物磷酸化,启动 DNA 的合成,CDK 抑制蛋白(cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitoRproteins,CKIs)能够抑制 cyclin E 的活性.不同的物质可以通过与 CKIs 之间直接或间接的相互作用影响 cyclin E 的表达,这些相互作用对阐明肿瘤发生的机制是非常重要的,而且可以为大量常见的肿瘤提供预后的信息.本文对 cyclin E 的作用机制及其在肿瘤中的表达情况作一综述.
