血管肉瘤是起源于血管或淋巴管内皮细胞的一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,约占软组织肉瘤的1%～2%,其中50%以上发生于头颈部,占头颈部恶性肿瘤的0.1%[1],以往曾命名为血管内皮瘤、恶性血管内皮瘤、腺管肉瘤、血管肉瘤及淋巴管肉瘤等,现统称为血管肉瘤[1～3],其包括起源于血管内皮细胞的血管肉瘤(hemangiosarcoma)和起源于淋巴管内皮细胞的淋巴管肉瘤(Lymphangiosarcoma).因二者到目前尚无可靠的形态学和分子生物学指标来区分,故统称为血管肉瘤(angiosarcoma).在此对其诊疗的研究现状作一概述.
