白介素13(interleukin-13,即IL-13)主要由活化的T细胞(小鼠为Th2)产生.IL-13对单核(巨噬细胞)、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞和血管内皮细胞等具有多种生物学作用.如抑制炎症性细胞因子产生,参与应变性疾病病理过程,调节机体的免疫功能.本文就近年来国外对IL-13研究作一综述.
