通过有效的根管内封药预防根管治疗期间的急症(IAE)是提高根管治疗成功率的关键,使用传统药物樟脑对氯酚(camphorated paramon-chlorophenol,CMCP)、甲醛甲酚(formacresol,FC)、丁香油(oil of clove,OC)等进行根管内封药临床上IAE发生率较高,使治疗次数增多,患者痛苦加大.
