开放式磁共振机的引入使外科医生几乎可以对病人任何部位的手术操作和成像同步进行[1,2],术中成像可观察肉眼不能直接见到的手术野,使他们能够改进手术过程.磁共振介导是成像指导下最小途径手术的理想影像学模式.它对软组织有优良的分辨率,具有延期成像和重构任一想得到的平面的能力[3].术中磁共振介导扫描已成为可能,将导致现存最小途径手术更新的应用及更加依靠影像的许多新技术的发展.
