早期乳癌温存疗法即保留乳腺行区段切除加腋窝淋巴结清除术,术后采用术区根治性放疗,辅助化疗及内分泌治疗.我科自1996～1999年行此术式共10例,现报告如下. 1临床资料 1.1一般资料本组病例年龄28～62岁,平均年龄42岁.肿瘤直径平均2.0 cm,组织类型:原位癌2例;浸润导管癌2例;浸润性小叶癌2例;粘液癌2例;硬癌1例;单纯癌1例.淋巴结转移N1a 1例,9例无淋巴结转移. 1.2方法 1.2.1适应证[1](1)乳腺原发肿瘤T≤3.0 cm;(2)肿瘤和乳头距离＞3.0 cm;(3)临床触诊及乳腺钼靶片,彩超,磁共振等检查均证明病灶为单发;(4)腋窝无肿大淋巴结(N0).或小而活动的单个淋巴结(N1a);(5)乳房有足够大小,行区段切除术后乳房外观无明显变形;(6)术中冰冻病理进行断端检测无癌细胞残留;(7)病人自愿接受此疗法.
