目的:探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂卡托普利对自体移植静脉内膜增殖的影响.试图为临床静脉移植修复血管损伤提供理论依据和新的治疗方法.方法:将大鼠自体颈静脉外侧分支通过显微外科技术移植于股动脉,术前1周开始给口服药卡托普利100 mg/(kg@d)至术后1周和2周.应用组织形态学、透射电镜及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组织化学方法,通过计算机图像定量分析,观察其对自体移植静脉内膜平滑肌细胞增殖的影响.结果:卡托普利治疗组和空白对照组移植静脉内膜增厚程度术后1周无显著差异,术后2周治疗组卡托普利对移植静脉内膜增殖有明显抑制作用,两组差异显著;PCNA阳性细胞指数术后1周、2周均有显著差异.结论:卡托普利对移植静脉内膜增殖有明显抑制作用,我们认为可以在临床显微外科血管移植术中早期应用,以提高血管移植的成功率.
