目的:探讨长期铝暴露小鼠记忆功能和血清生化指标的变化及何首乌复方制剂对其治疗作用效果。方法:每天用16g/L浓度的(AICl3)氯化铝拌饲料喂养小白鼠,同时用2g/L硝酸铝溶液给小鼠自由饮用。连续5个月(150d)染毒实验。染毒到100d开始将染毒小鼠分组:治疗1组、治疗2组、模型组,另设一正常组(对照组),治疗1组用何首乌复方制剂灌胃治疗,治疗2组用排重金属中药制剂海尔福口服液灌胃治疗作为治疗对照组,模型组和正常组用等体积蒸馏水灌胃作正常对照。100d后治疗与染毒同时进行,直到实验结束。实验前、66、104、125、132、145d进行水迷宫测定记忆力。实验结束,从眼球取血,分离前测定血清生化指标,然后处死动物,取大脑用甲醛处理后作病理检查(另报道)。结果:治疗4d(染毒104d)及之前各组游水逃避潜伏期(s)时间无明显差异,但治疗4d正常组错误率为0,明显低于其他各组;治疗25d时,治疗1组和正常组逃避潜伏期(s)时间和错误率明显低于其他两组;治疗32d和45d模型组逃避潜伏期(s)时间和错误率明显高于其他3组。血清生化:各组间比较P<0.01;TG和尿素各组间尚无明显差异。结论:长期铝暴露所致小鼠有明显的记忆力障碍,血清生化指标有不同程度的变化,治疗后有明显的好转。

Objective:Discussion treatment effect of Polygonum multiflorum compound preparation on the mouse model with aluminum exposure.Methods:A day with 16 g/L concentration(AICI3)mixed with aluminum chloride fed mice at the same time with 2 g/L of aluminum nitrate solution to the drinking water of mice.For 5 months(150 days)exposured experiments.Exposure to 100 days would be grouped mice:treatment 1,treatment 2 group,model group,a separate normal group(control group),a group with administration of polygonum multiflorum thunb oral treatment of compound preparation,rule 2 group traditional Chinese Medicine Haierfu row metal treatment as a treatment for oral gavage control group,model group and normal group administered with distilled water for volume control.100 days after treatment and exposure at the same time until the end of the experiment.Before the experiment,66,104,125,132,145 day for determination of water maze memory.The end of the experiment,blood from the eye,before separation of serum biochemical parameters,and then animals were killed with formaldehyde from the brain to deal with after the pathological examination(another report).Results:Treatment of 4 days (exposure 104 days) and swim before the time of arrival of each group had no significant difference,but when the treatment of 4 days normal error rate for 0,was significantly lower than other groups;25 d treatment,the treatment group and normal group 1,the arrival time and errors rate was significantly lower than the other two groups;the treatment of 32 d and 145 d model group arrived in time and error rate was significantly higher than other 3 groups.TG and urea between the groups there was no significant difference.Conclusions:Mice induced significant mental retardation,serum biochemical changes in varying degrees after treatment improved significantly.
