Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of adenoidectomy guided by nasal endoscope.Methods:31 cases with children adenoid hypertrophy were treated by transnasal endoscopic adenoidectomy through nose-mouth with an electric cutters under the TV monitor and follow-up 6²4 months.Results:All children with clinical symptoms disappeared or reduced,nasopharyngeal mucosa smooth,non-residual adenoids,no recurrence,no complications arise.Conclusions:The method of children adenoidectomy through nose-mouth under nasal endoscope was simple,clear vision,light damage,less bleeding,with fewer complications and high cure rate.
