依匹斯汀联合人胎盘组织液治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究

摘要：

目的:观察依匹斯汀联合人胎盘组织液治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法:将118例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组60例予口服依匹斯汀,隔日肌肉注射人胎盘组织液;对照组:58例口服依匹斯汀。观察治疗第7、14天和28天的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:用药后7、14天和28天治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为51.67%、70.00%、91.67%和43.10%、67.24%、82.76%,差异有统计学意义。治疗组没有发生严重的不良反应。结论:依匹斯汀联合人胎盘组织液治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效。

Objective:To study the effect and safety of human placenta tissue fluid combined with Epinastine in treatment of the chronic urticaria.Methods:Totally 118 cases were divided into two groups.One group was 60 cases and another was 58.Treated with human placenta tissue fluid combined with epinastine therapy.60 cases were compared with 58 cases treated with epinastine only,clinical effection and side effection were analyzed at 7,14,28 days.Results:Between the two groups there were significant differences in clinical effection.And there was no severe side effection in treatment groups.Conclusions:Human placenta tissue fluid combined with Epinastine in treatment of the chronic urticaria was effective and safety.
