Objective:To observe on curative effect of the combined using Eleven Shenqi tablets(EST)with paclitexal,CBP on thirty patients with non-smell cell lung cancer.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly assigned to two groups and 30 cases of each group.All patients were treated with the same PC regimen of chemotherapy for 21 days as one therapeutic cycle,but the treatment group were given EST additionally.After 2 cycles,the short-time efficacy,TCM syndrome,quality of life,as well as the adverse reaction were evaluated.Results:In the treatment group,the total short-time response rate was 50.0%,the improvement rate of clinical syndrome was 70.0% and the improvement rate of quality of life was 46.7%.However,there were respectively 43.3%,46.7% and 33.3% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05) in above datas.The avderse reaction in the treatment group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:For treating non-small cell lung cancer,not only EST could alleviate the inhibition of the marrow by chemotherapy,and improve clinical symptoms and quality of life,but also could prolong the survival period,so as to enhance the effect of chemotherapy.
