核糖体-板层复合结构(ribosome lamella complexes,RLC)主要见于毛细胞白血病(hair cell leukemia,HCL),国外报道阳性率在60%～80%之间,是电镜诊断HCL的结构标志之一,很少见于其他疾病,现报告2例含不同发育阶段RLC前体的急性单核细胞白血病(M5).
