胸痛是目前就诊病人最常见的主诉之一,我们最首要的目的是要鉴别缺血性胸痛和非缺血性胸痛.本文系统回顾了冠状动脉疾病(coronary artery disease,CAD)的常见症状一心绞痛(angina pectoris,AP)的发病机制,总结了AP诊断及危险评估的最新进展.
