随着穿支皮瓣技术的开展,通过精细的显微解剖与血管吻合技术,对供区肌肉与血管的损伤降低到了最低的程度,而且,在脂肪层中应用这种精细的显微解剖技术可切取厚薄均匀的穿支超薄皮瓣(Ultrathin flap),这种操作被命名为"显微切取技术".Kimuta[1]首先以"阔筋膜张肌穿支皮瓣显微切取"为题报告11例,取得了满意的临床效果.本文对这方面的技术进展进行综述.
