我院自2004年至2006年治疗95例单纯性急性硬脑膜下血肿患者,急性硬脑膜下血肿的预后很差,病死率在50%～80%之间,其预后分析常根据格拉斯哥(GCS)评分进行判断,但因患者往往病情危重,尤其是使用镇静剂的患者,GCS评分不很准确[1].
