从1999～2004年作者对26例浅表性膀胱癌术后的患者施行早期丝裂霉素灌注化疗,并与常规化疗的患者做了比较观察,现将结果报告如下. 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 本组患者56例,男性44例,女性12例,年龄43～86岁,平均66.3岁,56例患者均做了经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)手术,病理结果证实为膀胱浅表性移行细胞癌.
