Objective:To explore the surgical therapeutic experience in the treatment of limb pseudoaneurysms caused by drug injection.Methods:The clinical data of 22 cases of limb pseudoaneurysms caused by drug injection from January 2000 to December 2008 were analyzed.sixteen patients were treated by vascular repair,end to end anastomosis in 4 cases,artificial vessel grafting in 2 cases.Results:All patients survived and physically,clinical symptoms disappeared,In The mean follow-up period of 4.7 months,no recurrence and distal limb ischemia occared after operation.Conclusions:They all needed early surgical treatment for limb pseudoaneurysms caused by drug injection with or without infection-rupture.To different condition,The thorough debridement,ePTFE artificial vessel(USA GORE company)grating,end to end anastomosis,vascular repairing were an effective way.
