Objective:To discusse the effect of functional training on apoplexy patients'life and the rehabilitation of movement functions.Methods:120 cases of apoplexy induced hemiplegia patients were selected and randomly separated into the rehabilitation group and the cross reference group.Both groups of patients receive the same kind of medication,the basic nursing and the conventional nursing of the internal medicine.Rehabilitation nursing was additional for the rehabilitation group.Brunnstrom evaluation method was used to evaluate the patients'limbs functions and Barthel was used to evaluate ADL.Results:It was found that the recovery of movement functions and the ADL performance of the rehabilitation group(P<0.01)was notably better than those of the cross reference group.Conclusions:Therefore,adopting early stage functional training could effectively help the apoplexy patients to recover their life and movement functions and improve their life quality.
