Objective:To observe the change of plasma t-PA、PAI-l in fat embolism syndrome patients.Methods:Using EllSA plasma t-PA、PAI-1 concentrations were measured in 11 fat embolism syndrome patients and 6 simple fracture patients.Results:In fat embolism syndrome patients group,the plasma concentrations of t-PA antigen in patients were lower than those of control subjects(P<0.05),the plasma concentrations of PAI-l antigen were significantly higher(P<0.05)in two days after incident,and got over in 3 to 5 days from then on.Conclusions:The plasma t-PA and PAI-l might play a role in the pathologic changes of cerebral infarction.
