Objective:To study the effects of patient-controlled eqidural administration in labor painkilling and it's influence on labor course and mother and infants.Methods:100 cases premature intant were divided into 2 groups randomly,observation group(50 cases)was injected with an epidural tese dose of 3 ml of 1.5% lidocaine,after turning and lie herizontally,given 0.125% ropivacaine and 2 μg/ml fentany epidurally and conduce PECA,infusion speed 5 ml/h,comparison group(50 cases)did not adopt the treatment of labor painkilling.The effect of painkilling the duration of labor course,the mode of delivery and neonatal Apgar Scores and the postpartum hemorrhage were observed.Results:There were significant differences in the effect of painkilling between two groups.The active time was shorter(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the two groups in the rates of cesarean section and neonatal Apgarscores(P<0.05).Conclusions:PCEA had distinct antalgic effect and had no influence on delivery course and neonates.
