Objective:To observe the clinical effect of platelet GPⅡb /Ⅲa receptor antagonist,Tirofiban in patients with no reflow during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)procedure.Methods:Thirty-nine cases of no reflow patients during PCI procedure were infused with nitroglycerin, verapamil and Tirofiban by turns, and the target vessel TIMI flow was graded accordingly. Results:Tirofiban improved target vessel TIMI flow significantly than nitroglycerin and verapamil.Their effective percentage were 28/33,4/39,2/35,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Tirofiban has definite effect in patients with no reflow during PCI procure.
