替罗非班用于冠状动脉介入术中无复流现象的疗效分析

摘要：

目的:观察替罗非班对冠状动脉介入无复流现象的治疗效果。方法:对冠状动脉介入术中出现无复流现象39例患者依次给予硝酸甘油、维拉帕米和替罗非班,观察靶血管前向血流的TIMI分级。结果:替罗非班明显改善TIMI血流,治疗无复流现象的有效率(28/33)明显优于硝酸甘油的有效率(4/39)和维拉帕米的有效率(2/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:替罗非班对冠状动脉介入术中无复流现象有确切疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of platelet GPⅡb /Ⅲa receptor antagonist,Tirofiban in patients with no reflow during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)procedure.Methods:Thirty-nine cases of no reflow patients during PCI procedure were infused with nitroglycerin,verapamil and Tirofiban by turns,and the target vessel TIMI flow was graded accordingly.Results:Tirofiban improved target vessel TIMI flow significantly than nitroglycerin and verapamil.Their effective percentage were 28/33,4/39,2/35,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Tirofiban has definite effect in patients with no reflow during PCI procure.
