Objective:To evaluate the urethral catheter oil law catheterization in male in the value.Methods:Will require catheterization of the male patients were divided into two groups,the use of the traditional urethral catheter for the control group,insert a catheter in the urethra before the oil deal for the experimental group,a comparison between the success rate of catheterization,urethral injury and the incidence of urethral pain.Results:urethral catheterization had a successful rate of 98%,significantly better than 80% of the control group,pain patients compared with the control group there was significant difference.The incidence of urethral injury in 2%,significantly lower than 10% of the control group.Conclusions:The urethral catheter oil law in the male urethra during catheter there is a clear value.
