Objective:To investigate the method and effect of pterygium surgery.Methods:31 patients(43 eyes)with primary pterygium patients under the microscope in the surgery of pterygium excision with conjunctival autograft with pedicle flap grafting for treatment,patients were followed up in May² years.Results:3 recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.98%.Conclusions:Pterygium excision and conjunctival autograft with pedicle flap grafting,postoperative recurrence rate is low and a high degree of patient comfort,visual acuity had improved markedly.
