<p>Examination and analysis of 124 patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in emergency.CHEN Chun\|hua,Department of Gastroenterology,Panzhihua Iron and Steel General Hospital,Panzhihua 617023<br /> Abstract Objective:To investigate the emergency endoscopy for upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with etiological diagnosis and endoscopic treatment measures the impact on disease prognosisMethods:124 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with emergency endoscopy and treatment outcome were analyzed retrospectivelyResults:124 cases of emergency gastroscopy bleeding lesion detection rate of 100%,followed by the reasons for bleeding peptic ulcer,acute gastric mucosal lesion,esophageal varices,gastric cardia,and gastric malignancy,Mallory\|Weiss syndrome,12 refers to diverticulum,the other for unknown reasonsEndoscopic treatment of total effective rate was 9411%(32/34),total bleeding rate of 9838%(122/124),mortality 080%(1/124)Conclusions:Patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,emergency endoscopy should be done as soon as possible a clear cause,there was active bleeding with endoscopic hemostasis was safe and effective treatment measures to increase the bleeding rate and mortalityPatients taking NSAIDs,should be attached great importance to the protection of gastric mucosa treatment<br /> Key WordsHemorrhage upper digestive tract;Emergency;Gastroscope</p>
