高温作业人群血浆热休克蛋白70抗体与心血管病关系的研究

摘要：

To determine the high temperature group of heat shock protein 70 antibody（HSP70\|Ab） level of HSP70\|Ab and the high temperature of the professionals,cardiovascular damage the relationship and in myocardial ischemia in the pathogenesis of the roleMethods:Western blot\|enzyme\|linked immunosorbent assay(Western blot\|ELISA)were used to detect high\|temperature operation staff(the experimental group,62 cases),administrative logistics service personnel(control group,43 cases)in plasma HSP70\|Ab titerResults:high\|temperature group HSP70\|Ab positive rate was significantly higher than the results (P＜005)Conclusions:HSP70 may be related to high temperature personnel about the incidence of cardiovascular disease,plasma HSP70\|Ab may be exposed to harmful occupational factors related to cardiovascular disease biomarker.
