摘要：

目的：研究临终关怀对提高临终老年患者生活质量的影响。方法：120例临终老年患者随机分为两组，临终关怀组实施临终关怀,对照组采用整体护理；采用日常生活活动能力量表、生活满意度指数、医院焦虑量表、疼痛分级测试等量表对两组患者干预前后的生活质量进行测试评价。结果：临终关怀组干预后各量表测试分值与干预前比较均有统计学差异（P＜001）；对照组干预后日常生活活动能力量表、生活满意度指数、医院焦虑量表等量表测试分值与干预前比较无统计学差异。结论：临终关怀能够明显改善患者的生活质量，应大力提倡。
