优泌乐50强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病胰岛功能及炎症因子的影响

摘要：

ObjectiveTo observe the influence of short\|term intensive mixed protamine zinc recombinant human insulin lispro injection(50R)therapy on β\|cell function and hs\|CRP in newly diagnosed T2DM.Methods40 newly diagnosed T2DM patients were given the intensive insulin therapy for 2 weeks.The change of FPG,P2hPG,FINS,△INS,HOMA\|IS,HOMA\|IR and hs\|CRP before and aftertherapy were measured.ResultsAfter intensive therapy,FPG、P2hPG、HOMA\|IR and hs\|CRP were significantly lower than before（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）,△INS and HOMA\|IS were increased significantly（P＜0.01）.It was showed that hs\|CRP was negatively correlated with △INS and HOMA\|IS（P＜0.01）,and positively correlated with HOMA\|IR（P＜0.01）.ConclusionsShort\|term intensive therapy may decreased blood glucose quickly,control their chronic inflammation reaction,and proted cell function effectively in newly\|diagnosed T2DM.
