ObjectiveExplore the evidence\|based nursing interventions to prevent the complication of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip replacement.MethodsUsing retrospective methods to control,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,the 33 patients admitted before application of evidence\|based nursing were set as the control group,while those 27patients admitted after application of evidence\|based nursing were set as the experimental group.Using conventional methods of nursing in the control group,using the evidence\|based nursing in the experimental group,that is based on the patient’s situation,raised the problem of clinical nursing\|lower extremity deep venous thrombosis;Access to relevant information,search for evidence\|based to support;Observation and application of evidence\|based.The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,mastering degree of disease\|related knowledge and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.ResultsTwo patients occurred with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the experimental group,the mastering degree of disease related knowledge and satisfaction degree were improved obviously.in the experimental group compared with the control group had a significant difference,P<0.05.ConclusionsApplication of evidence\|based nursing to prevent the complication of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip replacement is a positive and effective,implementation of evidence\|based nursing has good prospects for development in the field of clinical care.
