苍术浸泡液熏蒸法对医院空气消毒效果的评价

摘要：

目的观察苍术浸泡液对医院空气消毒的效果。方法将苍术按1∶2比例浸泡于95%酒精里,将苍术浸泡时间分别为24、48、72、96和120 h，取其浸泡液,按房间体积1g／m3对房间进行空气消毒,并与紫外线照射消毒做比较。结果苍术浸泡液浸泡时间72、96 h效果最佳，与紫外线照射消毒效果比较,差异无显著性。结论苍术浸泡液消毒空气是一种理想的空气消毒剂。

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of the air disinfection in hospital with Atractylodes chinensis soaking solution fumigation.MethodsAtractylodes chinensis were soaked in 95% alcohol by the ration of 1∶2 for 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 120 h.The Atractylodes chinensis soaking solution disinfected the air of each room in 1 g/m3,and compared with the ultraviolet light disinfection.ResultsThe efficacy of 72 h and 96 h soaking solution are better,and the difference with ultraviolet light disinfection was not significant.ConclusionsThe Atractylodes chinensis fumigation is an ideal method for air disinfection.
