钬激光以其安全、高效、适用范围广、创伤小等独特的优点和对软组织精确的消融、汽化、切割、凝固、止血作用,以及良好的碎石功能,能粉碎任何成分的结石,碎石效果明显优于液电、超声和气压弹道[1],在泌尿外科的应用中得到广泛的肯定.随着内镜设备、小直径光纤技术的快速发展,钬激光技术在泌尿系结石治疗上的应用日益广泛,尤其是在泌尿外科的经腔道治疗中具有不可替代的优势.现将国内外最新进展综述如下.
