3D-DSA是用3D自旋模式采集图像后,将图像传至AW工作站,对病变部位或可疑病变区域进行三维表面重建或透明重建获得3D-DSA图像,三维成像功能允许用户从三维体积(体积段)中提出兴趣区或解剖兴趣区,并且显示一个或多个三维对象,可多方位显示血管解剖,在疾病诊断和治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用,并为临床提供更丰富的信息.本文就3D-DSA在疾病的介入诊断和治疗中的应用作一综述.
