细菌性阴道病(BV)是一种常见的妇科感染,主要表现为正常阴道乳酸杆菌数量减少代之以阴道加德纳菌等兼性厌氧、厌氧菌数量增加引起的无阴道黏膜炎症表现的综合征[1,2].临床上阴道炎中以BV最为常见[3,4],据国外报道流行率为10%～31%[5,6].
