近年来兴起的重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)动员骨髓干细胞治疗急性心肌梗死试验和临床研究已初显成效[1,2],其为治疗急性脑梗死提供了一种简便易行的新方法.rhG-CSF具有动员骨髓中的造血干细胞和骨髓基质细胞的能力[3],此外,还能促进脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的分泌,减轻神经损害.本文通过观察经rhG-CSF干预后的局灶性脑缺血大鼠的神经功能和脑缺血周边区BDNF表达的变化情况,以探讨rhG-CSF干预对糖尿病合并脑缺血后的神经的保护作用及其机制.
