Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of the interventional treatment of advanced gastric cancer.MethodsThey were assigned to the interventional treatment group(30 patients were treated with interventional treatment)and the intravenous chemotherapy group(20 patients who were treated with intravenous chemotherapy).The clinical efficacy and side effects were observed. ResultsThe clinical efficacy of the interventional treatment group was better than that of the intravenous chemotherapy group,the relief for abdominal pain,abdominal distension.swallow stem choke sense after interventional treatment in the patients with advanced gastric cancer were better than that of the interventional treatment.The nausea,vomiting and eukopenia of the intravenous chemotherapy group were more severe than that of the interventional treatment group.ConclusionArterial Infusion of Chemotherapy was a newer treatment way to advanced gastric cancer,which could increase remission rates,improved the quality of life of patients,reduced the side effects and were more likely to get accepted by patients.
