荧光猝灭法测定盐酸头孢吡肟的含量

摘要：目的建立测定盐酸头孢吡肟含量的荧光光谱法。方法盐酸头孢吡肟对十二烷基硫酸钠（SDBS）的荧光有很强的猝灭作用，通过SDBS的荧光强度与盐酸头孢吡肟的浓度的关系，可以计算出盐酸头孢吡肟的含量。结果测定效果良好，线性范围0.8～10.0 mg/L，检出限1.27×10^-6g/L。结论本方法简单易行，灵敏度高，检出限低，可作为盐酸头孢吡肟的含量分析方法。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the method of testing the content of cefepime hydrochloride using fluorescence quenching. MethodsThe fluorescence of SDBS was quenched with the addition of cefepime hydrochloride.The content of cefepime hydrochloride could be calculated though the linear relation between intensity of SDBS and the content of cefepime hydrochloride.ResultsThe analytical results were good.The linear range was 08-100 mg/L.The detection limit was 1.27×10^-6g/L.ConclusionThe method was applied to determine the content of cefepime hydrochloride due to its simple,high sensitivity and low detection limit.
