急性皮质下脑梗死后血管性认知功能障碍的血管性危险因素研究

摘要：

目的探讨急性皮质下脑梗死后血管性认知功能障碍的相关危险因素。方法根据VCI诊断标准将182例急性皮质下脑梗死患者分为：有VCI发生组(A组)81例，无VCI发生组(B组)101例。调查一般情况、疾病史、MMSE评分结果，并记录相关理化检查结果。结果( 1)A组与B组相比，在年龄、文化程度、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、动脉粥样硬化方面差异有统计学意义。(2)MMSE评分与文化程度呈显著正相关。结论高龄、低文化水平、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化与VCI的发生密切相关，其中糖尿病是急性皮质下脑梗死后VCI发生的危险因素。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the risk factors related to vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)after acute cerebral infarction in sub\|cortexMethods According to the diagnostic classification of VCI,182 patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction were selected,81 patients with VCI,while another 101 cases without VCI as control groupQuestionnaires were included in common conditions,history of disease,MMSE score result and recording correlative physical\|chemical examination resultsResults （1）In the VCI group,age,educational level,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and athero\|sclerosis were significantly more than those in the other group,there were statistical differences（2）Educational levels were significantly intimately related to the MMSE scoresConclusion Advanced age,lower educational level,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis were intimately related to VCIDiabetes was the independent risk factor for the VCI after acute cerebral infarction in sub-cortex
