Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of multislice CT in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis observed object.Methods 100 cases of pneumoconiosis observed object chest multi-slice spiral CT high resolution scan(HRCT),and scan results were compared with the traditional high kV X-ray observation. Resultsp shadow results of HRCT detected 46 cases, 38 cases of s,shadow,the p shadow distributed in the bilateral upper lung field, including 45 cases of centrilobular distribution of the main 1 case of lymphatic distribution of the main;s shadow is mainly distributed in bilateral lower lung field,of which 33 cases showed the lungs irregular linear opacities associated with increased lung markings,and take the line stiff distorted,4 cases of manifested as centrilobular ground-glass nodules,and 1 case of associated with the“interface” sign;another 8 cases of the performance of the shadow of the pure centrilobular branching,12 cases of manifested as interlobular sepal thickening,and found no abnormalities in 3 cases of.Conclusion HRCT compared to traditional high kV X-ray more precisely the object of the lungs of pneumoconiosis observed imaging changes,had important clinical value.
