医用空气消毒机在烧伤手术室动态空气消毒的效果观察

摘要：目的 探讨医用空气消毒机在烧伤手术室进行动态空气消毒的效果。方法对手术时间超过2 h的手术进行术中空气洁净度观察，设常规消毒组与动态消毒组各观察50次；常规消毒组每日于早7时、中午12时、晚8时各自动开机消毒2 h，动态消毒组在常规消毒的基础上于手术开始后开机进行持续动态消毒，直至手术结束；两组均于手术开始后30、60、120 min应用平板暴露法采样，培养48 h后计数菌落数，比较两种消毒方法的空气消毒效果。结果在术中各时间点动态消毒组空气含菌量均小于常规消毒组，差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论手术中对手术室进行动态空气消毒可以持续控制空气含菌量，其对预防烧伤创口感染、提高手术植皮成活率及促进创面愈合等可起到积极作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the kinetic effect of air sterilization in operation room of burn with medical air sterilization mechine.Methods 100 examples was divided two groups.Experimental group was 50 examples with Kinetic Air Sterilization when starting operation and control group was 50 examples without Kinetic Air Sterilization when starting operation.We compared coenobium count when 30 min,60 min,120 min after starting operation.Results Comparing control group,there is few coenobium count when 30 min,60 min,120 min after starting operation in experimental group(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Kinetic Sterilization when operating can control coenobium count abidingly to obviate wound infection,depress risk of infection,raise achievement ratio of dermatoplasty and encourage wound healing.
