Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect and safety of Dezocine for postoperative pain in patients after thoracic surgery.MethodsAll of 91patients with ASAⅠ~Ⅱundergoing general anesthesia operation were divided into two groups randomly. The equivalent doses of Dezocine(group D,n=22) and Fentany(group F,n=22) were applied to the patient control intravenous analgesia. The analgesic effect was evaluated by visual anaglogue scale (visual anaglogue scale,VAS),and Ramsay at 2,4,8,24,48 hours after operations. The changes of vital sign and side effect were also assessed.ResultsThere was no significant difference between two groups in analgesia effect and Ramsay, and the VAS at 8,24,48 hours was higher in two groups when patients were awake at 2,4 hours (P<005).The rate of breath changed after using PCIA,especially in group F.There was significant difference in adverse reaction incidence rate.D groups of patients in 48 h adverse reaction rate is less than that of F group (P<005).ConclusionPatient\|controlled analgesia with Dezocine can enhance the analgesic effect, reduce adverse reactions. It is worth selecting and applying in clinical anesthesia
