肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的CT表现及诊断价

摘要：目的探讨肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的CT表现特征及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的9例肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的CT表现特征，并与B超、手术结果进行对照。结果9例肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤均为含脂肪组织的圆形或类圆形混杂密度肿块，其内可见条索状高密度影。增强扫描可见肿瘤内条索状高密度分隔轻度强化，脂肪组织无强化。CT对该病的定性率（889%）明显高于B超（556%），提示CT是目前肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤影像诊断的主要方法。结论肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的CT影像表现具有一定的特征，根据肿瘤生长部位、形态、密度及增强特征结合临床表现，有助于提高术前诊断准确率。CT是诊断肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的主要影像学方法。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the findings and diagnosis value of the multislice spiral CT about adrenal myelolipoma.MethodsThe imaging findings of 9 cases of adrenal myelolipoma proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with the ultrasound and the pathological results.Results9 cases including fatty tissues and cicatricial band were characterized by round or oval mass with mixed density.Contrast enhancement of the masses totally showed slight cicatricial band and no enhancement in fatty tissues.The diognosis rate of CT for these lesions（889%）were apparently higher than ultrasound（556%）. ConclusionCT findings of adrenal myelolipoma showed certain feature.Combined the location of lesion,shape form,density and contrast enhancement findings help to improve diagnosis accuracy.CT is the primary imaging method for diagnosing adrenal myelolipoma.
